The Athlete Durability Index, or ADI,  is a first-of-its-kind assessment designed to give athletes and families real data about long-term durability. In just minutes, athletes complete a virtual lab experience that generates a personalized ADI Score based on the Nine Drivers of Durability. It’s simple to do at home and packed with insights you can actually use. 

The ADI was built for athletes ages 12 to 18 who are training, competing, and growing fast. Whether your athlete is in one sport or three, this is the tool to help you stay ahead of injury risk and perform with confidence. 

Starting August 13, you can reserve your spot on the waitlist. The earlier you sign up, the more you save. There’s no payment required until September 15 when ADI launches, but your place in line determines your price. 

Once ADI launches, you’ll receive a personal link to activate your Elite Plan. From there, athletes will enter the ADI Lab, complete an initial assessment, unlock their ADI Score, and access the full ADI experience.
