A CLEAR VIEW OF THE FACTORS THAT SHAPE ATHLETE DURABILITY

THE ATHLETE DURABILITY INDEX

The Athlete Durability Index brings ten key durability factors into one simple view for each athlete. After a short guided Lab session, families see an Index that shows which factors are a Strength, which ones need Focus, and what to do next to protect their athlete’s potential.

HOW ADI WORKS

1 | COMPLETE A LAB SESSION

2 | REVIEW YOUR DURABILITY INDEX

2 | REVIEW YOUR DURABILITY INDEX

Your first step is the ADI Lab. Athletes complete a guided digital session that looks at ten durability factors. The Lab is designed for young athletes and can be completed at home with support from a parent or trusted adult.

2 | REVIEW YOUR DURABILITY INDEX

2 | REVIEW YOUR DURABILITY INDEX

In seconds, ADI Logic reviews the Lab results and creates your Index. The Index shows ten durability factors for your athlete. Each factor is labeled as a Strength or a Focus. Strength means no current durability threat is identified. Focus means at least one concern is present and deserves attention.

3 | FOLLOW CLEAR GUIDANCE

With your index in place, ADI Lens, Library, and Log help you use the results. You see where to focus first, receive practical tools and short learning modules, and track key events over time so guidance stays current.

WHY ATHLETES AND FAMILIES USE ADI

IDENTIFY FOCUS AREAS EARLY

FEEL SUPPORTED AND INFORMED

FEEL SUPPORTED AND INFORMED

ADI highlights focus areas that may affect health, enjoyment, or participation in sport. This early signal gives families a chance to respond before small issues grow into bigger problems.

ADI turns many details into a simple picture of ten durability factors. Families receive guidance that matches the athlete’s age, sport, and current situation. Decisions feel more confident and less overwhelming.

STAY ACTIVE IN SPORT LONGER

FEEL SUPPORTED AND INFORMED

STAY ACTIVE IN SPORT LONGER

When families understand where to focus and how to support strengths, athletes spend more time on the field, court, ice, or mat and less time away from sport. ADI supports durable participation over the long term.
