Benchmark Health Partners is a health-focused organization dedicated to helping young athletes stay engaged in sport for as long as they choose.
Our work centers on understanding the factors that influence athlete durability and supporting better decisions as those factors change over time.

At Benchmark Health Partners, durability refers to an athlete’s ability to remain healthy, engaged, and participating in sport over time.
Durability is shaped by many interacting factors, including growth, training demands, recovery, movement, mindset, and life context. These factors rarely change all at once, and they seldom fail in isolation.
Supporting durability depends on maintaining awareness as conditions evolve. When families and organizations can see how key factors are shifting, they are better positioned to respond earlier and more thoughtfully.
Youth sports participation offers meaningful physical, social, and emotional benefits. At the same time, many young athletes step away earlier than expected.
This often happens without a single defining moment. Training demands increase, recovery falls behind, growth changes how the body responds, and stress accumulates across school, sport, and life.
Traditional approaches tend to focus on individual injuries or isolated metrics. What is often missing is a way to see how multiple factors interact over time and how small changes can quietly shape an athlete’s experience.

Benchmark Health Partners focuses on clarity over complexity.
We believe families, coaches, and clinicians make better decisions when they have a clear view of the factors that influence athlete health and participation. Our work emphasizes regular assessment, thoughtful interpretation, and guidance that adapts as athletes grow and circumstances change.
This approach supports earlier awareness, steadier decision making, and fewer reactive moments.
The Athlete Durability Index is one expression of this approach.
ADI provides a structured way to assess whether key factors that influence durability are present and to keep that picture current over time. It supports ongoing awareness through regular check ins and clear guidance.
ADI is guided by NOAH, a navigational operator that helps families understand what deserves attention now and how priorities shift as conditions change.
Our goal is simple. Help young athletes stay healthy, feel supported, and remain involved in the sports they care about.
Everything we build is designed in service of that goal.
